I'm super late to the game on this...

Have you heard of Pinterest?  If not, head over to their website and check 'em out.

If you know me, you know I'm an image board maniac...I had an image board designated JUST for hair styles in the time leading up to our wedding.  So imagine my enthusiasm when I headed over to Pinterest and found a whole website designed around "pinning" inspiring images.

Ahhh...I'm in love.

Here are a few organization images inspiring me right now...

This would put an end to me unplugging our clock for the millionth time...

HELLO!  Where has this been my entire kitchen-organizing life?!

Can't wait to start pinning and get inspired!

I love Pinterest! It's a fabulous way to waste lots of time :) I used it a lot when I was first decorating our apartment. Can't wait to see what you pin!

I can already tell this is going to be an addicting habit, and that abiagil will be spending more time in her swing during my morning coffee ;)

20 week ultrasound

Yesterday Kevin and I went to our 20 week ultrasound.  Everything looked great and the two questions still lingering in my mind were confirmed. 1) Yes, it's a boy! 2) Nope, I'm not having twins  :) I've heard it a million times: with each pregnancy you pop a little sooner, but when I was in maternity pants at 12 weeks, I thought surely there must be two in there... Here are some pictures, if you'd like to see. During George's 20 week ultrasound Kevin admitted he'd almost fallen asleep, so I will admit: I had a hard time staying awake this time  :) But we did get to see him in 4D ultrasound which we've never done before, so that was really cool. So fun! After our appointment we went to breakfast at Salish Lodge and took my first Month of Bumps picture. (cue shrills of excitement from everyone eager to see belly pics for the next 4 months!) Before taking the picture I (lovingly) assured Kevin that yes, we would be taking...

Merry Christmas!

May your day be Merry and Bright!

A Suburban NYE

We partied hard with neighbors for New Year's Eve this year, and it was perfect - no need to dress up, tackle crowds, or spend big bucks - add to that great friends who are also neighbors, and it's a win/win.
