Christmas, 2018

Happy Holidays - I hope yours were filled with all your favorite people and traditions!

We spent Christmas Eve with Uncle Mike and Uncle Kent (Mamie and Papa spent Christmas in NJ this year), did the usual 5am Santa waking Christmas morning, then spent the remainder of the week in Leavenworth, celebrating with my family.  As a bonus, we had a few friends visiting Leavenworth on the 26th, so we met them at Red Tail Canyon Farm for a sleigh ride followed by drinks in town and sledding at the house the next day!

Here are some pictures from our week:

Santa got Abigail a Hatcnhimal and it birthed on the way to Leavenworth!

Sleigh rides with our friends Kelly & Andrew, and Jen & Mark + kiddos!

Holiday HH made easier 😉

Hope this finds you well and enjoying the remaining holiday season!

20 week ultrasound

Yesterday Kevin and I went to our 20 week ultrasound.  Everything looked great and the two questions still lingering in my mind were confirmed. 1) Yes, it's a boy! 2) Nope, I'm not having twins  :) I've heard it a million times: with each pregnancy you pop a little sooner, but when I was in maternity pants at 12 weeks, I thought surely there must be two in there... Here are some pictures, if you'd like to see. During George's 20 week ultrasound Kevin admitted he'd almost fallen asleep, so I will admit: I had a hard time staying awake this time  :) But we did get to see him in 4D ultrasound which we've never done before, so that was really cool. So fun! After our appointment we went to breakfast at Salish Lodge and took my first Month of Bumps picture. (cue shrills of excitement from everyone eager to see belly pics for the next 4 months!) Before taking the picture I (lovingly) assured Kevin that yes, we would be taking...

Giving Thanks in 2018

...ain't always easy, but we had a fantastic holiday anyway 😉 Per usual, we joined my family in Leavenworth for an extended holiday weekend and Kevin's parents joined us, too.

Merry Christmas!

May your day be Merry and Bright!
