Today is Kevin's birthday and there is more than one reason to celebrate.
A couple weeks ago he was offered a job at Amazon as a Senior Project Manager in the AWS division (Amazon Web Services). I am so proud of the time and dedication he has made to his career in order to get to this place.
Add to that a freshly minted 36 year old, and I feel brimming with reasons to celebrate!
Since he worked today we joined him for lunch at the new digs. The kids and I parked at Pacific Place and took a roundtrip monorail ride as well - a highlight for them!
Tonight we will celebrate with HH on Lake Union followed by a cruise around Lake Washington.
